04-12-15

Foosbooze player Austin is retiring from future Foosbooze tournaments, he announced 12 hours after his close win against newcomer, John. Austin’s win broke his 5-game losing streak in official tournaments, giving him an all time record of 1-5.

“Both tournaments have ended horribly for me.” – Austin

Austin has played two tournaments, being outscored 28-58, with 0 goalie goals, 3 goalie goals against, and 3 own goals. He is the first Foosbooze player to retire.

“I’d like to think I made him retire,” says Foosbooze player, Gus. “I think it’s a huge coincidence that I have never lost to him in tournaments, and he decides to retire after losing three-straight against me.”

Out of 6 tournament games, Austin played Gus in three of them, losing all three to a combined score of 16-30. The games will always be remembered for the amount of trash-talking and bad-blood between the two opponents. “Personally, I think he b****ed out,” says Gus.
